Delete your AuroraMe account

You can request deletion inside the AuroraMe app. This removes your web purchase account identity and disconnects every linked device.

Delete in the app

  1. Open AuroraMe and restore your web purchase if needed.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Web purchase account, choose Delete web account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The request immediately disconnects linked devices. Authentication identity is deleted by the account-deletion worker. Billing records required for refunds, tax, fraud prevention, and legal accounting are retained in pseudonymous form under the Privacy Policy.

Subscription cancellation is separate

Deleting the AuroraMe account does not cancel an active subscription. First open Manage web subscription in app Settings to cancel through Polar and download invoices or receipts.

Cannot access the app?

Email support from the address used for purchase. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
