Privacy and account deletion

For privacy questions, email support. To delete a web purchase account, use the account deletion instructions. Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Apple and Google handle payments and refund decisions for their store purchases. Use the relevant store's purchase history or refund flow for a request; include the order ID when contacting us about a purchase.
